Why Attend NALHFA’s Fall Educational Summit?
Practical Learning for Today’s Housing Challenges
Join affordable housing finance professionals from across the country for timely discussions, real-world examples, and actionable insights designed to help local HFAs and their partners navigate today’s evolving housing landscape. Sessions and conversations will highlight strategies, tools, and lessons learned that attendees can bring back to their organizations and adapt to their local needs.
Make Your Voice Heard on Capitol Hill
The Fall Educational Summit gives attendees the opportunity to connect the work happening in their communities with the federal policies that shape affordable housing finance. Through Advocacy Day — a dedicated day on September 16 to meet with federal lawmakers on Capitol Hill — participants can help elevate local perspectives, demonstrate the impact of HFAs’ work, and advocate for the resources and tools needed to expand access to affordable housing nationwide. Advocacy Day provides attendees with a unique opportunity to engage directly with Members of Congress and their staff on the issues that matter most to local housing finance agencies and the communities they serve. Whether discussing affordable housing production, workforce housing challenges, bond financing, or federal housing resources, these conversations help ensure that local voices are represented in the national policy dialogue.
Connect With Industry Peers and Partners
Build relationships with colleagues, funders, developers, advisors, and public-sector leaders who are working every day to expand access to affordable housing in their communities.
